•Of the 5 leading causes of deaths worldwide, 2 are respiratory related (WHO) and oxygen therapy is of great help healing them. Only pneumonia kills 1 million under-fives globally each year, half of them in Sub-Saharan Africa. We have developed a DC oxygen concentrator that is as efficient as an AC one, adapted the design to high temperatures and humidity levels along with developing a complete fee-for-service business model with Kenya as a case study.
